the gods are watching

they must be. i mean, i wake up on my birthday and for the first time that i can recall, despite the fact that the end of January is right bang in the middle of winter, there is snow outside! yeah! i love snow. sure, it made it a little more complicated to get to work and especially to get back but what the hell. it snowed on my birthday! a gift from the gods. plus, let's face it, it's the year of the dragon and i was born the year of the dragon. this means auspicious. definitely. can't wait for what this year has in store for me!
