more than i bargained for
i had just signed up for module 2 of my management course when i got an email from the university asking if i didn't want to sign up for module 3, too, seen as they were meant to go together. followed an exchange of mails to explain why i wasn't too keen on taking two modules at the same time, until i realised that i hadn't quite understood how the timing went - i'd gone and made assumptions, again! and that did make me think. i would not have time to finish this and sit an exam next September, my busiest month. plus, i wanted to be able to enjoy next summer, not study through it like this year. so in the end, i relented. that said, it helped when i found out i would only have 2 big assignments for module 2 and that the 3rd one would in fact be the end of course exam.
