bday boy

today was N.'s 40th birthday, so i called him. it's funny, after months of non-communication, he's recently started calling me. it's been really nice. i missed talking to him, and we'd so far averaged 45-minute conversations, so we'd got a lot covered. so i called him to wish him a happy day, which made him happy. ;)
