RIP

my godfather just died. i'm so sad. i knew it was just a question of time - he was very sick and the last health reports i got were not exactly uplifting - but i was hoping he would be able to see his stepson, who's arriving on Monday. it's a shame. i'm so glad he managed to make it to my father's birthday in September. i knew, when i got him checked in at the end of the weekend, that i most probably wouldn't be seeing him again. i said my goodbyes then, inside.
