training

delivered my third training in 3 weeks this afternoon. it's funny how different each group was. the first one was receptive, the second one wasn't. today's was participative. they asked loads of questions. and they did really well.

also, i was left alone (meaning, the only trainer there - we're normally at least two, if not three, even if only one is presenting something) for a big part of it, which made me feel good and empowered.
