Christmas

so for the first time, i was the person organising Christmas. and i'm glad to say it went off without a hitch! we did things just like when my mother was alive. i wish she could have been there. but all in all, it was great. i'd made enough food for us without having to have left-overs for days, making for a much healthier week. it was pretty perfect. the only downside was not seeing the cousins - after all, we'd celebrated 3 Xmases in a row with them. but we skyped to catch up, which was nice.
