house-sitter

one of my colleagues lives miles away from Geneva - in Fribourg, which is an hour and a half by train. at the moment, he's coming in every day because he's doing the teacher training i did a few years ago, meaning he's up very early and gets home reasonably late after a shattering day. it's been going on for 2 weeks and as i'm leaving today and live quite a bit closer to the big city, i thought we could do each other a mutual favour: he can stay at my place while i'm away and take care of the plants and the flat. so he got a quick one-hour tour of the place and how everything works last night, before heading back to Fribourg as he'd forgotten something there that he needed for today. let's hope he remembers how to get here...
