okayed!

got a letter from the bank today: loan accepted! yahoo!!!! that was the one thing i was the most worried about. now, all i need is for the sellers to sign the papers (they were on holiday, and should have signed them yesterday, a full 2 weeks after i did).

spent the afternoon at IKEA, checking out elements for my new kitchen. it was all very exciting. colours, handles, types of bottom and top cabinets, revolving trays inside, sliding drawers within drawers... i've always loved kitchens, so imagine the state i was in. now i've just got to make it all fit into the small room allocated.i'm sure i can make it work out. :)
